They’ve had a huge year which includes performing at Splendour in the Grass, winning a Queensland Music Award, being interviewed on ABC radio and winning the grand prize in the international John Lennon awards for their song, “New Shoes”. The band is made up of female vocalist Max, songwriter, producer and guitarist Nicko and his teacher-wife as the mascot, Molly- who is based on their Autistic daughter. Songs are energetic made for a lil’ dance and sing-a-long as they each have actions for the mini-me’s to copy. The band are all about inclusivity and some songs are popular themes that special needs’ children love- all because of their daughter muse.
