Dancing with Miss Val

Valeria is devoted to sharing the beauty, colour and rhythm of Latin culture with children and families across Australia. Through her bilingual music, storytelling and dance experiences, she brings the sounds of her heritage to life like cumbia, salsa, merengue, carnaval beats and more! Her work creates a joyful bridge between cultures, helping children discover the Spanish language, Latin traditions in a fun, inclusive way.

As her work expands, so does her mission. Valeria’s performances continue to reach new children, families and communities, whether in childcare centres, schools, festivals or community events. Each show is designed to celebrate identity, diversity and the shared joy of rhythm, creating meaningful cultural experiences that stay with children long after the music stops.

Her passion lies in producing meaningful, high-quality music and stories that honour Latin roots while embracing Australia’s multicultural spirit. Every project she creates aims to enrich children’s lives to spark curiosity, build cultural pride and bring families together through the warmth and corazón of Latin culture.
