BEnny Time

Benny is an early childhood educator with a career spanning over 25 years in a multitude of services and areas. His work with children has seen him and his colleagues receive the Anti-Bias Award in Early Childhood (2019), along with Reconciliation Australia’s 2019 Narragunnawali Award finalists. A nationwide award celebrating efforts in reconciliation. He continues to work with the Social Justice group, including the 2020 release ‘like to be me’, a song written with Dr Red Ruby Scarlett,  celebrating and expressing individual choice.

Formidable Vegetable are a fresh harvest of hope in a wild and overgrown world. Whether it’s performing at Glastonbury, delivering TEDx talks or shaking things up at the United Nations the band, hailing from Western Australia have something special and unique that the whole village will dig.

Damo Music For Kids

Damo has been part of the Melbourne music scene for over two decades, writing and performing music and theatre for children. His two albums, Find Your Feet and Just Be You are available on all steaming services and ABC Kids Listen. Damo’s music is all about encouragement, celebrating diversity and fun! Damo performs all around Australia in libraries and festivals.
Damo also works extensively as an Allied Health Assistant specialising in Music Therapy, helping people with special needs of all ages find confidence and joy with music.
Damo is a hands-on dad with two boys who keep him on his toes. A large part of Damo’s song writing inspiration comes from his children. When Damo is not performing, he is playing at the park, kicking the footy, making lunch boxes, and doing the school run.
Having fun, celebrating diversity and being true to yourself is at the heart of Damo’s music.
