Hey He Ho is an original nature song and chant written and produced by Dizzy Izzy – and carries a gentle power of strength and empowerment. Gain wisdom from the trees and forest, flow freely and ground your feet to the earth. Even in a digital world, we can connect to our inner nature with presence and mindfulness and feel free. With a catchy chant chorus and warm layers of acoustic guitar, mystical synths and percussion, Hey He Ho invites you to move your body, breathe and dance to your own heart’s song. Backing vocals by Dizzy Izzy’s husband and 5 year old daughter – a real family song!
